Pakistan’s civil and military leadership attributed India on Friday to the terrorist attack of May 21 on a school bus in Khuzdar, Baluchistan, accusing him of sponsoring a network that described Fitna al-Hindustan. The bombing claimed the life of six children and wounded another 51.

Interior Secretary, Captain (Retd) Khurram Muhammad Agha, and the general director of Public Relations between Services (DG ISPR), Lieutenant Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, went to a joint press conference in Islamabad, where they condemned the “cowardly attack against innocent lives” and voting votes.

“Our answer will be decisive. They will not succeed,” Captain Agha said. He added that the incident was not an act of isolated terror, but a calculated strike on the “educational traditions and values of Pakistan.”

‘India representatives now go to soft civil objectives’

The Secretary of the Interior declared that the initial investigations suggest that “Fitna al-Hindustan” be responsible for bombing, accusing India of changing tactics after military failures in the region.

“After the failure of the Sindoor operation, India instructed its representatives to carry out attacks in Baluchistan,” said Agha, adding that the soft objectives such as schoolchildren were now being deliberately chosen to spread fear.

He added that the Pakistan Interior Ministry, in collaboration with the Baluchistan government, is carrying out an exhaustive review of the incident and promised full support to the families of the victims.

DG ISPR: ‘Indian state terrorism has a 20 -year history’

DG ISPR The LT Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry reiterated that India has been involved in terrorism sponsored by the State against Pakistan for more than two decades.

“In 2009, the Pakistan government presented evidence to the Indian prime minister at Sharm el Sheikh. In 2015 and again in 2019, the files were submitted to the United Nations,” he said.

He cited the case of the Indian naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav and the recent terrorist confessions as part of a consistent pattern of Indian participation.

“This is what happened on May 21 by order of Hindustan, made by the terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan,” said Lieutenant General Chaudhry.

A pattern of violence in all Baluchistan

The ISPR DG detailed a series of attacks carried out allegedly under Indian direction in Baluchistan, which includes:

  • 12 workers killed in Nushki on April 12

  • Two civilians killed in Tump Kech on April 28

  • 10 killed in an explosion of FDI in Harnai on February 14

  • Three martyred barbers in Lasbela on May 9

  • Personnel out of service aimed at Jaffer Express incident

He said that the attack on Khuzdar was an escalation in this pattern, with India changing his strategy to attack women and children.
