The Public Relations Inter-Services General (ISPR), Lieutenant Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry presented “irrefutable” evidence of terrorism sponsored by the Indians in Pakistan.
During a press conference in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, he said that Indian army officers are orchestrating cross -border terrorism within Pakistan and supplieving explosives to attack civilians and security forces.
In addition, he declared that India had not provided “a pinch of evidence” to support his accusations against Pakistan with respect to Pahalgam’s recent attack. “Seven days have passed since the Incident of Pahalgam, and until now, India has not presented any evidence of their unfounded accusations,” Chaudhry added.
He revealed that India was operating a terrorist network within Pakistan, providing improvised explosive devices (FDI), explosives and funds to militants. “This irrefutable evidence is just a small part of terrorism sponsored by the state of India,” said the ISPR DG.
DG ISPR detailed the arrest of a Pakistani citizen allegedly trained and sponsored by India. He said the suspect was arrested near the Jhelum bus stop on April 25 and found an FDI, two mobile phones and RS70,000.
Subsequent searches recovered a drone of Indian origin and RS1 million in cash from the suspect residence. “The forensic analysis of recovered materials confirmed irrefutable evidence, verifiable by any credible independent agency,” said Chaudhry.
The ISPR chief identified the manager as subdar Sukhwinder, a junior commissioner officer of the Indian Army. He alleged that other personnel of the Indian Army involved included Major Sandeep Verma, Subedar Sukvernder, Havildar Amit and another soldier. “These people are directly involved in sponsoring terrorism within Pakistan,” he said.
He added that the Indian managers were ordering terrorists to deliberately cause civilian casualties in Pakistan and scenic attacks designed to portray the country as a center of terrorism internationally. In addition, he revealed that the managers had sent detailed videos that instructed how to manufacture explosive devices.
DG ISPR said that Major Sandeep, an Indian army officer, admitted to orchestrate terrorist activities that cover from Baluchistan to Lahore.
He mentioned that on November 22, Subedar Sukhwinder allegedly instructed Abdul Majeed to collect an FDI and a damaged drone near Marala’s head.
A few days later, on November 30, Majeed planted an FDI in a military vehicle in Jalpur Jattan, which resulted in the martyrdom of four people. For completing the task, they supposedly paid RS656,000.
Then he shared that on March 18, Subedar Sukhwinder provided coordinates for another FDI near Kotli. The next day, schoolchildren discovered a suspicious bag, and army staff later recovered a bomb in the area.
After the recovery, the Indian media falsely said that five bombs were found in Jammu and Kashmir (Iiojk) illegally occupied, that the ISPR DG discarded as “flagrant propaganda.”
On April 22, 2025, Sukhwinder supposedly placed another FDI near Nadalah. The next day, Abdul Majeed was instructed to detonate the device at a local bus stop, added the military spokesman.
DG ISPR reiterated that the evidence stressed the active role of India in the supply of explosives to the terrorists operating within the borders of Pakistan. He asked the international community to tell India the actions of India.
