- DJI establishes the launch date of Mavic 4 Pro for May 13
- It seems that a rotating cardan is on its way
- We could also see improved cameras
After months of rumors and leaks, we will see the successor of the DJI Mavic 3 Pro in the next few days: DJI has published a new advance in social networks that establishes the day of launch for Tuesday, May 13, while promising that this drone “will turn its world.”
You can see the teaser in X or on the DJI website, and although the name DJI Mavic 4 Pro is not mentioned, it is clear that this is the device that is on the way, since we observe the triple triple expected camera system, led by a 100MP Hasselblad Wide camera.
As for the motto of “Turn your world”, it seems a lot as if this new drone will have a rotating cardin that can turn independently of the drone itself, opening a lot of new possibilities of filming.
Understandably, DJI has not published more details about the Mavic 4 Pro. The launch event is launched at the 1PM BST in the United Kingdom, which functions as 5am PT / 8AM ET / 10pm aest, and of course we will cover everything for you.

DJI can be maintaining most Mavic 4 Pro details in secret for now, but we have seen many leaks to this point. In fact, they date back to almost a year, it was when we take the first glance to the triple camera on the front of the drone.
At the beginning of the year, we take another look at the camera module, which is apparently bigger this time (hopefully indicates a better image quality). However, the thought is that this new dron can miss the Lidar functionality.
More recently, we have seen unofficial renders of the design of drones in its entirety, and it seems more or less the same as the Mavic 3 Pro. There have also been rumors of the battery duration of 52 minutes and an initial price of $ 2,250 in the US.
As our DJI Mavic 3 Pro review will tell you, that drone began at $ 2,199 / £ 1,879 / au $ 3,099. We also give him five stars of five, and a high place in our best list of DJI Drones, so we are eager to see his successor.
