Quetta: Dr. Mahrang Baloch has been appointed among 150 individuals, including prominent leaders of the Balcohhejehti (Byc) committee, who face positions that cover several serious crimes such as terrorism, incitement to rebellion and murder.
A first information report (FIR), housed at the Saryab Police Station on Saturday, also called Beebow Baloch, Gulzadi Satakzai, Sabiha Baloch, Sabatullah Baloch, Gulzar Dost, Riaz Gashkori, Dr. Shali Baloch and others among the defendants.
The charges against these individuals include violations of sections 7 and 11W of the Anti -Terrorism Law, as well as 16 sections of the Pakistan Criminal Code.
These charges cover terrorism, murder, the attempt at murder, the incitement to violence and rebellion, the creation of disorder, the promotion of racial hatred and the harmful property.
Mahrang, along with another 17, was arrested and is currently being held in the Quetta district prison under section 3 of the Public Order Order (MPO).
The case accused Mahrang and BYC’s leadership of helping uproarist to shoot police officers, passers -by, civilians and their Protestant colleagues, which resulted in the death of three people and left 15 injured police officers.
The group also faces positions for their participation in a chaotic attack against the Civil Hospital and taking by force the bodies of attackers of the bombing of Jaffer Express trains.
The FIR was related to the incident of the Civil Hospital, which was presented at the Civil Police Station Lines in Quetta last week, states that 100 to 150 people had assaulted the medical installation and took the bodies of attackers involved in the train attack Jaffer Express from the hospital’s morgue after the instigation of the BYC leadership.
The FIR states that the defendant stopped a private ambulance in the Chowk hockey, defeated the driver and loaded the bodies in the ambulance.
In addition, another FIR was presented against the leaders of Byc Gulzadi Baloch, Ali Jan, Shoaib, Syed Noor Shah, Waheed, Jahanzeb, Zohaib Baloch and more than 100 people, at the CervecerÃa police station in Quetta.
This case accuses people of blocking the western derivation road on Saturday while singing slogans against the State and its institutions, inciting public disturbances.
It is worth noting that, under Mahrang’s leadership, protesters began a sitting by placing bodies in Saryab Road on Friday night. Later, the next day, the police launched an offensive against protesters, arresting Mahrang and several others.
According to the police, Mahrang’s arrest has not yet been officially revealed, and she is not in the custody of the civil lines, but is stopped in the district prison, possibly in sections 3 or 16 MPO.
Meanwhile, the closing attacks were carried out for the second consecutive day in several cities in the province on Sunday, including Turbat, Hub and Dalbadin, among others.
In Tobat, a sitting of protest has been ongoing for two days with the Tobat-Karachi road blocked in protest. In Hub, in Bhawani, protesters blocked the Queta-Karachi road in protest against Mahrang’s arrest.
However, the police dispersed protesters with tear gas and baton charges on Sunday morning. According to the police, the road has been reopened by traffic.
The commercial and commercial centers remained closed in Mastung, Kalat, Kharan, Chaghi, Panjgur, Tobat and several other cities due to the protests.
Meanwhile, a complete closing strike continued in Dalbandin and other areas of Baluchistan for the second consecutive day, after the call of Byc. As a result, all business centers remained closed.
In addition, the Byc organized a demonstration and protests with protesters who demanded the immediate release of arrested leaders and actions against the officers involved in alleged violence against the protesters in Quetta.
A manifestation in Dhadar was also held, where participants demanded the immediate liberation of BYC leadership and sung slogans in support of missing persons before dispersing peacefully.
