Drace Montgomery revealed why he’s excited stranger things season finale.
Montgomery played Billy Hargrove, stepbrother of Max Mayfield (Sadie Sink) in seasons two and three and only in Max’s Nightmares in season four.
In a conversation with people magazine at the special screening of dead man’s wirein New York City, shared what fans of the hit series mean to him and what he’s most excited about as the series nears its end.
“Huge,” Montgomery explained of how much those fans still impact his life and career. “It’s been everything to me in my career and it’s made me who I am, and it’s an incredible experience.”
“What excites me most is now that [co-creators Russ and Matt Duffer] “When they finished the show, they had a lot of other amazing ideas that I’m excited about, like, if people love Stranger Things, imagine what else they can do,” he said. “So I love that.”
Following the conclusion of Stranger Things, the Duffer Brothers’ next project is The districtsstarring Geena Davis, will be a supernatural mystery set in a retirement community and something very bad is going to happenstarring Camila Morrone and Adam DiMarco, focuses on a doomed wedding.
Both series will soon air on Netflix.
Meanwhile, Montgomery’s film dead man’s wire follows the true story of a kidnapping of a prominent banker in 1977.
dead man’s wirealso stars Bill Skarsgård, Colman Domingo, Cary Elwes, Myha’la and Al Pacino. Its launch is scheduled for January 9, 2026.
