Quarill is a veteran supporter who began his career with Los Angeles Chargers. He joined the Chiefs before the start of the 2023 season and was part of the defense that guided Kansas City to a Super Bowl title over the 49ers of San Francisco last season.

Upon entering the 2024 season, he became the head of the team. He played in 16 of the 17 games of the team. He had 94 cups, two captures, two deviant passes and two recovered loose balls. The Chiefs were rooms at allowed and novel points in yards allowed this season.
