Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very cold conditions will prevail in the mountainous areas during the morning and evening hours for the next twelve hours, Radio Pakistan reported on Friday.
Light rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, North East Punjab, Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Murree, Galliyat and adjoining hilly areas.
Moderate to dense smog or fog is likely to persist in patches over most of the plain areas of Punjab, KP and Upper Sindh during morning and evening hours.
