In the final moments of the game, Flagg dribly dribbled the defenders from almost half of the court to a thunderous two -hands. Kelly hit the crowd with the “upper head” celebration, touching the upper part of his head and shouting: “In his head!”
The moment quickly went viral, and Kelly went on a Facebook publication, jokingly thanking those who were “willing to start a” gofundme and “ready to ride at dawn.”
Kelly apologized to “anyone who was offended by my language that was caught at a time of celebration,” admitting that “it was not my best appearance.”
“However, if you really know me and you are a true friend of mine, you didn’t surprise yourself,” he added with an emoji laughing.

But then, he added why emotions came out, and apparently was due to the “crudeness” of UNC fans in the game.
“It was a very intense situation in which they put us and we were surprised by the crudeness of the UNC fans while we headed to the sand. They continued harassing [sic] With much worse in our direction, as well as in our 18 -year -old son and his teammates throughout the entire game, “Kelly wrote.
“The celebration was a time to be so proud of our son and laos a great F-You to the entire Carolina fans base for being without class. [poop emoji]. Better luck next time! Go to Duke. “

In the regular season, Flagg averaged 19.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists on the road to the Blue Devils ending the season as the best classified team in the country.
Now they will go for an ACO title before going to March Madness.
