LAHORE:
The main politician, Mohammad Ali Durrani, has asked the Chief of Jui-F, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, to publicly recognize his mistake by supporting the 26th constitutional amendment and apologizes to the nation.
Speaking to a private news channel, Durrani said that those who supported the amendment could not be considered an “opposition alliance” but rather a “government alliance.”
He argued that amendment 26 had caused significant damage to the judicial and constitutional systems of Pakistan, as well as the fundamental human rights of its citizens.
