
Dwayne Johnson is spending a quality time with his family in Hawaii, where he spent his childhood.
The fighter turned into an actor led to his official Instagram account on Sunday to share a vision of a traditional dance that she acted with her family.
TThe jumanji The actor described the ‘sacred dance’ as an emotional and special moment for him while enjoying tradition with his mother and daughters.
“I had the blessing of having this very special moment on stage with my mother, my daughters and our Aiga (family), dancing the sacred dance of our Samoan culture, the taualuga,” he wrote in the title along with a video of him dancing with a group of Hawaiian peoples.
“It is customary for Samoa’s men to take off their shirts to proudly show our Tatau Polynesian (tattoo) and the intricate stories that our ink says,” Dwayne explained. “I am hitting the ground as a way of showing my respect for how significant this is and how sacred our land becomes at this time with our elders (and my daughters dancing by my side).”
“You can’t help feeling it. Maná,” he wrote before calling him “emotional.”
“Life is busy for everyone, so special moments like this mean the world for me, honoring our family, our culture and always so well returning home in Hawai. Yesaah,” Dwayne reflected.
