As editor of Techradar Houses, I spend a lot of time testing and writing about vacuum cleaners. It is my opinion that Dyson makes some of the best vacuum cleaners in the market. They are very easy to maneuver, they are well constructed and the suction is excellent. Some even have things like lasers, sensors and LED screens. But almost all of them, bar of the same model, have a large and basic usability problem, and I can’t understand why.
Here it is: the trigger must be kept continuously when using the void.
If you aspire something bigger than a pelopudo, that means a painful finger. It also prevents maneuverability, because it must take into account its bad digits by twisting the void in awkward corners. I have tried many vacuum cleaners now, and in my experience it is rare that the manufacturer does not provide a way to block food for the continuous race. However, every time I take my Dyson V8 to do some comparative tests, the trigger configuration frustrated me immediately.
It is not a price; The majority of the best budget vacuners address this potential problem. Even the ultra cheap vacuum cleaner who bought when I bought my first floor (and discovered, for my horror, how much boring adults could cost), I had a simple but effective plastic clip that the trigger kept. Of course, the suction was barely a soft breeze, but at least my finger hurts while stirring my new vacuum cleaner ineffective in my floors.
What is more disconcerting for me is that Dyson is clearly Invest in product development. It is one of the best vacuum brands when it comes to innovation. This is an incredibly basic usability problem that should have been addressed before Dyson began playing with lasers and powder sensors in real time.

The brand has The problem in the Dyson Gen5Dect was solved: the newest and best dyson vacuum cleaner for specifications. That model uses a unique pressure button instead of a trigger for the operation, which means that their fingers do not need to get involved at all (except to adjust or deactivate it).
But the gen5detect is a very Expensive model, mainly because it is full of advanced technology and engineering. While I am happy that GEN5 exists, for most people it will be exaggerated. In general, I think something like Dyson V11 offers a much better performance balance, and I would recommend it with all my heart … if it were not because of that annoying activation problem.
Dyson was late to address his activation problem, and I think he should consider retrospectively solving the problem in at least some of the four models that remain in the current line and precede the GEN5. Let’s not forget that even these older models are not yet particularly cheap. Imagine splashing $ 749.99 / £ 649.99 / Au $ 1,449 in a V15 detection and discover that Dyson has not even sneaky a thought for his poor index finger.
