Some parents may think that Ed McCaffrey has a difficult task in their hands, but has an easy solution.
The three -time Super Bowl champion has two children, Christian and Luke, playing in the NFL, and another, Max, training in it.
No, McCaffrey has not been in the place of, for example, the Kelce family, collecting among their children in the Super Bowl … yet.

But, he has seen two of his children in the countryside at the same time: Christian Niners and Max’s dolphins faced each other in December, and in 2026, Luke’s commanders will face San Francisco.
So who did and will?
“Everyone is even. I love all my children uniformly, man,” he joked in a recent interview with Pak Gazette Digital. “It is something sensitive as a father, occasionally, my children’s teams play with each other. But I support myself in my children.”
So yes, McCaffrey has three favorite teams. He admitted that Denver’s Broncos, where he spent nine of his 13 seasons and won two of his three super bowls, were out of rotation, although they were their “extended family.”
“I still support my broncos, but first I support my children,” he admitted.
McCaffrey could not do much rooting to Christian, his middle son, in the field this season. After winning the offensive player of the year last year, CMC adapted to only four games of the 2024 campaign. Most of the training camp and the first eight games of the season with Achilles tendinitis were lost. Then, in a snowy buffalo, his knee was injured.

“Yes, the year struggled, really,” McCaffrey said without Rodeos. “You put everything you have to prepare for the season, and then it was hurt early in the training field … and did everything you could to return to the field, then, as the destination would have, the knee was hurt.”
But although he could not encourage his son in the field, he could certainly do it.
“Sometimes life does not come out as planned. I am very proud of him for his resistance, his hardness, the guy wants to be in the field more than anyone who has known in my whole life,” McCaffrey added.
The knee injury, McCaffrey said, could also be a blessing disguised as the 2025 season.
