Eidul Fitr is being held with religious zeal and enthusiasm in all Pakistan and throughout the world.
Small and large congregations for prayers in mosques and eidgahs were held throughout the country, with a large number of citizens who attended on the occasion of Eidul Fitr, according to Express News.
Special sentences for the security, progress and prosperity of the Muslim Umma, the country and the nation were offered.
The central congregations for eid sentences took place in the Faisal Mosque in Islamabad, the Badshahi Mosque in Lahore and the Pole Land in Karachi, where prominent government officials and other political and social figures also participated.
In the Faisal Mosque in Islamabad, EID sentences were offered, and the inspector of Islamabad reviewed the security agreements.
He said that more than 2,000 people were deployed for security throughout the city, with 500 officers assigned to maintain traffic flow.
Eid sentences were also carried out in the main cities such as Peshawar, Quetta, Finen, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mardan, Sibi, Murree, Gilgit, Sargodha, Bahawalpur and Jhang, where millions of people participated.
Mufti Munib Ur Rehman invited Karachi’s residents to join EID celebrations in the federal area B Eidgah, where he directed the sentences. Eid sentences were also offered at the governor’s house in Karachi at 7 am, with the governor of Sindh and other key figures.
In Polo Ground, Karachi, prayers were offered in the presence of the mayor of Karachi and other significant personalities. In Nizamabad Eidgah Ground, Mufti Taqi Usmani directed the eid prayers, and the amir hafiz naeem ur rehman of Jamaat-E-Islami Pakistan also offered prayers there.
In Karachi, more than 4,000 small and large eid prayer meetings were held, with millions of Muslims who joined to offer eid prayer.
In Lahore, like other areas, EID prayers were carried out in Bagh Jinnaah, while EID sentences also offered in the Wali underria mosque in the Karachi guru.
After prayers, people exchanged greetings eid hugging each other. Many visited the tombs of their dead loved ones and offered them prayers for them.
In Karachi, great congregations for eid sentences were maintained in several mosques such as the new Memon mosque, the Jinnah mosque and many others.
