Those who are willing to see Emma Stone’s latest film, BugoniaIn a free early screening you must meet this condition: go bald.
Yes. That’s what the social media post said about the Yorgos Lanthimos-directed film, which nods to the lead actress who shaved her head for the role.
“Are you bald or willing to shave your head? On Monday, October 20, head to the Culver Theater for a FREE advanced screening of ‘Bugonia,'” DoLA’s Instagram post reads.
He adds: “Focus Features’ new fever dream from Yorgos Lanthimos, starring Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons.”
The publication notes that there will be a barber on site for those who wish to go bald on the spot, stating, “This is real.” And yes, part of it will be filmed.”
Continued for those who wish to see the film with the hair; Tickets are also available. Yargos was the director, while Aidan Delbis, Stavros Halkias and Alicia Silverstone starred alongside Emma.
It is worth noting Bugonia will get a wide release on October 24th after limited release on October 31st.
