Caitlin Clark made his long -awaited return to court on Wednesday afternoon, but Indiana’s fever did not go well against the Valkyries of Golden State.
The fever was expelled by Valkyries, 80-61, in a game where Clark was only 4 of 12 from the field for 10 points with six assists and five rebounds.
In the direction of the game, it was interesting to see how Chief coach Stephanie White would display Clark, who noticed that she did not necessarily like being in a thorough restriction.

Clark did 25 minutes, while averaging 33.3 in his first nine games. However, his time on the court may have dropped due to the score at the end of the game.
Golden State entered the fourth quarter that has a strong advantage of 64-51, a large part of that due to a second quarter that created a large part-time deficit for Indiana.
When the fever could not return to the game, Clark was taken with minutes to play, and she never saw the court again.
Anyway, it was not the best game in general for fever, since Kelsey Mitchell, the Clark guard counterpart, was only 3 of 13 from the field. And she was not the only one to fight, since the fever shot only 30.9% (21 of 68) from the field as a team.

The Valkyries were not much better, going only 26 of 70 from the floor, but Veronica Burton and the All-Star Kayla Thornton did well to take advantage when it mattered.
Burton led the game with 21 points, while transporting eight rebounds and distributed six assists. She was effective from beyond the arch, hitting all but one of her six three -point attempts.
Thornton did not have the best shooting game (4 of 15), but he was able to achieve 18 points thanks to four triple made and six free throws.

The fever will seek to return to the Victorias column against a hard opponent in Atlanta’s dream on Friday night at home. The dream is 12-7 in the year, while Indiana fell to 9-10.
