ISLAMABAD:
The FIA informed a banking court on Wednesday that it has completed the challenge in the foreign funding case against PTI founder and others, with formal filing expected within the next few days after completing procedural requirements.
Banking Court Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar heard the case, during which special prosecutor Wasiq Malik appeared on behalf of the prosecution.
The investigating officer told the court that the challan had been finalized and handed over to the concerned authorities. He added that the deputy legal director will soon complete the remaining legal process.
