ISLAMABAD:
A Bank Court Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar on Friday granted the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) additional time to file a full chargesheet in the foreign funding case against PTI founder Imran Khan and others.
The development came after PTI CFO Siraj Ahmed and a private bank employee Faisal Qazi joined the investigation.
During Friday’s hearing, Special Prosecutor
Waseeq Malik appeared before the court and informed it that a partial indictment had already been filed in the case.
