President and Prime Minister praise security forces for successful IBOs in Dera Ismail Khan, North Waziristan
Security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) killed 15 terrorists linked to India-backed Fitna-al-Khawarij in two separate operations on November 15 and 16, the army’s media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), said on Tuesday.
The first operation took place in Kalachi area of Dera Ismail Khan district, based on intelligence information about the presence of terrorists. Security forces attacked the terrorists’ hideout and killed 10 terrorists, including the group’s top commander Alam Mehsud, ISPR said.
According to the ISPR statement, the second operation was carried out in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, where five more terrorists were killed. Cleaning and disinfection efforts are underway in the area to locate and eliminate any remaining agents.

Later, he branded the Balochistan-based terrorist organizations as “Fitna-al-Hindustan” to underline his assertion of India’s involvement in terrorism and destabilizing activities inside Pakistan.
The anti-terror campaign, carried out under the “Azm-e-Istehkam” strategy approved by the Federal Apex Committee, will be continued in full force by security and law enforcement agencies to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorist elements.
