Unlocking the true productivity in their calls from the Microsoft teams in the morning should soon be a little easier thanks to a new update that is now implemented.
The videoconference platform has revealed that it is working to add configurable keyboard shortcuts for users.
Once included, this should mean that users can quickly and easily access symbols, icons and much more that they can use regularly daily, but at some point they are not close when written in a work environment.
Microsoft Teams keyboard shortcuts
Microsoft says that the new incorporation will allow users: “Establish their own keyboard shortcuts so that they coincide with their work preferences.”
In a Microsoft 365 road map post, he said the function can be found by clicking on the ellipsis in a equipment chat window and selecting “keyboard shortcuts” on the menu. Users can create and customize their own shortcuts and edit them once completed.
The function is being implemented now, and will be available for users around the world using equipment in Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
The launch is the last one of a series of recent improvements to the Microsoft equipment announced by the company, since it seeks to improve the experience for users.
This includes implementing an “improved spelling corrector”, to provide users with tools to ensure that their messages are as precise as possible.
He also recently announced an adjustment that will allow several people to control the slides that are presented at a meeting or call.
Microsoft says that the addition will mean that presenters can maintain “a soft flow during web meetings or seminars”, hopefully, which means that the end of manual changes of slides, and hopefully, the phrase “next slide please.”
And the platform also revealed that it is working to add noise suppression for participants who mark a call, which should mean the end of call interruptions potentially in ears, or participants who are sordid with the background noise of another person in the call.
