Commenting pregnancy spelling errors in crucial work conversations or calls from Microsoft teams could soon be a thing of the past thanks to a new update.
The videoconference service has announced that the “improved spelling concealer” is implementing, which provides users with tools to ensure that their messages are as precise as possible.
Microsoft says that the addition “will help make sure your messages are clear and professionals”, something that I am sure that we have all worried in the past.

In a Blog post of Microsoft 365 updates, the company described how the function will work, detecting any problem in the equipment composition box and marking or highlighting the problem in an immimedera.
Then, users can choose a correction of a drop -down menu, ignore suggestion or add a word to their dictionary.
The new orthographic correction function will also offer support from several languages, with users capable of changing between up to three languages. It is not mentioned exactly what languages are compatible with the launch, but hopefully we will obtain more information about this soon.
The function appears on the list as implemented now, and is generally available for all users on Windows desktop and MAC devices, on all platforms.
The launch is the last of a series of recent improvements to the Microsoft teams announced by the company, since it seems to make the platform more intuitive.
This includes the recent launch of real -time text capabilities (RTT), which allows participants to write a message while another person’s speech is transcribed, which gives users who prefer to write another way to ensure that their voices come out.
