FIR Public Relations Registries on Okara Collision

Okara:

A research team has blamed for Thursday’s collision of two load trains in Renala Khurd in three Pakistan Railways employees: the station’s teacher, the previous train guard and the driver of the next train.

Two freight trains collided in the East Bypass between the areas of Renala Khurd and Habibabad in the Punjab district on September 11, which resulted in the death of an employee of the Pakistan railroads, the Imtiaz assistant driver of the Lahore shed and causing injuries to another.

According to rescue officials, the engine, without 30 to 6015, was destroyed in the collision, while several cars were overturned or derailled causing the suspension of train operations between Karachi and Lahore in the main line.

The team published on Friday its report holding three public relations employees of the tragedy.

He said that the station’s teacher cleared the track without ensuring that the first train would have passed. The guard could not take security measures or inform the authorities while the driver ignored the precautionary orders, stood out and not noticed the load in the line.

The preliminary report has been sent to the Federal Minister of Railways Hanif Abbasi, who ordered detailed investigation. In view of the report, the PR recorded a first information report (FIR) against officials under sections 320, 427, 109 ppc and 101/129.
