Rawalpindi:
Five Khawarij terrorists affiliated with the Indian team Fitna al Khawarij were killed in two separate commitments in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa during intelligence-based operations (IBOS), the military media wing on Monday said on Monday.
According to a press release issued by Public Relations between Services (ISPR), the first operation was carried out by the Security Forces in the Peshawar district after the reports of the presence of Khawarij sponsored by the Indians.
“During the performance of the operation, the troops themselves surrounded skillfully and effectively compromised the location of Khwarij sponsored by India, and after an intense fire exchange, four khwarij sponsored by India, including Kharji Haris and Kharji Baseer, were sent to hell,” said the press release.
In a separate IBO in the Northern Waziristan district, one more kharji was neutralized in a posterior fire exchange.
The security forces also recovered weapons, ammunition and explosives of the Khawarij sponsored by the Indians killed in the operations. According to reports, terrorists actively participated in numerous terrorist activities in the area.
The ISPR added that the disinfecting operations are underway to ensure that Khawarij are not sponsored by the Indians in the neighborhood. The army reiterated its resolution to eliminate the threat of terrorism sponsored by the country’s Indians.
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to security forces for their success in neutralizing five Terrorists from Fitna al Khawarij in the two operations in KP.
They reaffirmed the government’s commitment to completely eradicate the terrorist network.
“The operations against Fitna al Khawarij will continue to the complete elimination of terrorism of the country,” said President Zardari.
Prime Minister Shehbaz said antihuman terrorists will have to pay a high price to endanger lives and ownership of innocent people.
