Islamabad:
Pakistan expressed a deep pain on Friday for the devastating earthquake that hit Myanmar, Thailand and neighboring countries.
“Our thoughts are with all those affected by this tragedy, and we are praying by all those affected, as well as the rapid recovery of the injured,” said the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a press release.
Pakistan also applauded the brave emergency individuals and responders.
“We express our solidarity with governments and communities affected during this challenging period. Strength and resilience lead those affected towards healing and recovery,” the statement added.
