Pakistan has reiterated his zero tolerance position against terrorism and emphasized his fundamental role in global efforts against terrorism.
Pakistan remains firm in his commitment to international cooperation and has played a crucial role in the fight against terrorism, as evidenced by Sharifullah’s apprehension, the intellectual author behind the bombing of Abbey Gate, said Friday in a statement issued on Friday.
The statement also addressed the ongoing investigations on the incident of Pahalgam, which occurred in the disputed Jammu and Kashmir region occupied by India (Iiojk).
The FO rejected any statement that would link the incident with Lashkar-E-Taiba (LET), a missing organization that was prohibited in Pakistan years ago. The FO emphasized that Pakistan has successfully dismantled such outfits, arrested and prosecuted his leadership, and effectively ravings his paintings.
The statement highlighted the tendency of India to exploit the designations of terrorist groups to promote anti-Pakistan narratives. He pointed out that this tactic often serves to divert international attention from the abuse of the ongoing human rights of India, particularly in Iiojk.
“While the problem under consideration refers to US national laws, India has a history of exploiting such designations to promote anti-pakistan propaganda in order to divert international attention from your irresponsible and dishonest behavior,” reads the statement.
He added that Pakistan is still an anti -terrorism bulwark, after having made incomparable sacrifices in the world’s fight against extremism.
FO asked the international community to adopt objective and non -discriminatory policies to address terrorism, emphasizing the need for a global collective action against all terrorist organizations.
In this sense, Pakistan urged the inclusion of the Majeed Brigade as alias of the Baloch Liberation Army (Bla) in the list of designated terrorist organizations, the statement concluded.
