Islamabad: Pakistan rejected on Wednesday the comments of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of India in Brussels, calling them irresponsible and advising him to avoid turning deceptive narratives to justify the recent aggression.

“The speech of the main diplomats should aim to promote peace and harmony, instead of producing bellicose drilling lines,” said the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a press release.

“The tone and tenor of a Foreign Minister must be consistent with his decent state.”

In recent years, India has participated in a malicious campaign to deceive the international community through a fictitious narrative of victimization, said the FO official.

“However, the continuous diatribe against the Pakistan of India cannot hide its sponsorship of terrorism beyond its borders, nor can it cover up the oppression sanctioned by the State in the Jammu and the Indians’ back.

“Instead of pointing to others, India should introspecate their own participation in terrorism, subversion and directed murders,” the statement said.

The spokesman also emphasized that India must also give up inventing deceptive stories to justify his recent aggressive actions.

“The narration that emerges from India causes pure frustration, after a fallen military adventure against Pakistan.

The FO official added that Indian leaders would be well advised to improve the standard of their speech and rule out their obsession with Pakistan.

“History will not judge who shouted stronger, but for whom the wisest acted,” said the spokesman, added: “Pakistan believes in peaceful coexistence, dialogue and diplomacy.”

“However, it is resolved in its intention and ability to safeguard its sovereignty against any aggression, as evidenced by its robust response to the reckless attacks of India last month,” said the spokesman.
