Do not hurry to sell its original nintendo switch, Nintendo Switch Oled or Nintendo Switch Lite in advance of the next Nintendo Switch 2 yet, since it is clear that Nintendo still has some plans for the console.
The company has revealed that a new direct Nintendo presentation will take place at 7am PT / 10AM ET / 2PM GMT tomorrow on March 27, 2025. It will last “about 30 minutes”, which is a little shorter than the usual format of 40 or less minutes.

Nintendo is careful and fast to clarify that “there will be no updates” with respect to the Nintendo Switch 2 in the presentation. If that is what interests you, you will have to wait until the Nintendo Switch 2 Nintendo Direct previously announced that will take place on April 2.
However, knowing that there will be no new information from Nintendo Switch 2 raises an important question. What will you have in the Nintendo store exactly?
My personal prediction is that we will obtain some more Nintendo Switch games to help us take us in the preparation of the Nintendo Switch 2. Kirby: Planet Robobot throw again. I would not be surprised if some other 3DS Nintendo titles obtain remake treatment, since it seems a logical low cost form to help complete the launch schedule.
We could also get more information about Metroid Prime 4: BeyondBut I still think it is more likely that the next installment in the franchise appears in Nintendo Switch 2 Nintendo Direct as part of the system launching line.
I would be surprised if we do not have some more added games to the Nintendo Switch online service, since it is often a regular part of these presentations.
