Sarai Mughal:
Police arrested four young men on Sunday for violating section 144 when swimming on the BS Link in Baloki channel, in the midst of strict flood emergency measures imposed throughout the Kasur district.
Acting under the supervision of Sho Iftikhar Joya inspector, the police recorded separate cases against individuals, identified as Ahmed Hassan, Gul Zaib, Waris and Mujahid.
