In a tragic incident in the Kalat district of Baluchistan, an improvised explosive device (FDI) placed by the Detonó road, killing four people, including women and children and hurting another five, local media reported Thursday.
According to sources from the encumbrances, the explosion occurred near Kabuto, completely destroying the passing vehicle. The explosion resulted in the immediate death of two women and two children, while another five suffered wounds.
The bodies of the deceased were transported to the Hospital of the District headquarters (DHQ), while the injured were referred to a hospital in Quetta to receive additional treatment.
This attack occurred a few hours after the security forces frustrated a great terrorist plot in the Noshki district of Baluchistan, where intelligence agencies seized four suicidal vests.
The vests had been hidden in a large bag inside a lot of garbage near the derivation road, near the house of the attached commissioner. The pump elimination squad successively neutralized explosives.
