The repression against the criminal elements in Punjab is in progress, during which the unit of defense of organized crime arrested a gang of 4 members involved in the looting of citizens while passing through a girlfriend.
During the operation, the false bride and the officiant marriage were arrested. Arrested individuals include Sajid Bashir, Muhammad Naeem, Muqaddas Bibi and Allah Rakhi, one of whom is the leader.
According to police officers, criminals would organize false marriages and maintain the victim’s hostage before fleeing their value objects. The arrested suspects have confessed multiple incidents, and more research is being carried out.
Of the suspects, the police have recovered effective, gold jewels and wedding dresses. The DSP of the Organized Defense Crime Unit declared that the suspects were arrested through professional skills and public relations efforts.
