The Abbottabad Bank of the Superior Court of Peshawar (PHC) has taken strong measures against officials for not presenting the required comments in a case related to the explosion activities of the mine and retained its wages.
The Court has ordered the main mining inspector to appear in person and ordered the retention of wages for two officials until they comply with the court instructions.
The case was heard by Abbottabad Bench of the PHC, with Judge Sadiq Ali and Judge Mudassir Ameer.
The senior mines inspector has been ordered to appear in person before the Court due to the lack of presentation of the required comments despite the ongoing explosion activities.
Similarly, the salaries of the senior inspector of Mines and the DPO Abbottabad will be retained until they present their comments Paragises according to the previous instructions of the court.
In a previous trial approved by Judge Kamran Hayat Miankhel, the court has modified an earlier order, ordering the lessee to refrain from using explosive materials for blasting mines.
The court also instructed the senior inspector of Mines and the Abbottabad DPO to legally enforce his orders, if any.
