Galaxy Digital (GLXY) of Michael Novograph has hired Zac Prince as managing director, according to an internal memorandum seen by Coindesk.
Prince will work closely with the president of Galaxy, Chris Ferraro, to expand the company’s digital assets offer.
Galaxy believes that Crypto is entering a “fundamental era of transformation”, and has hired Prince to help deliver the strategic vision of the company, the company said in the memorandum.
It joins the Real Estate Real Estate Cost firm, where he worked as CEO during the last year.
Prince is well known in the industry. He is the former CEO and co -founder of the Bankfi Bankruptcy crypto.
Galaxy hired former Financial Director of Point72, Anthony Paquette, to serve in the same role in Crypto’s financial services firm, he said in December.
