Gamestop video game retailer (GME) has bought 4.710 Bitcoin, for a value of almost $ 513 million at the time of writing.
Gamestop announced the purchase on X on Wednesday, but did not offer more details about when the BTC or the paid price was acquired.
The company based in Grapevine, Texas, revealed its plans to follow a Bitcoin Treasury strategy in March, offering a debt of $ 1.3 billion to raise funds for the acquisition of BTC.
