Islamabad:
The District Court and Additional Sessions will accuse Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Prime Minister, Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, on July 17 in a case of audio filtration.
The additional judge of the District and the NASR -um -mallah sessions heard the case registered at the Golra Police Station against the CM of KP.
The lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan told the Court that the Superior Court of Peshawar had accepted the protective bond of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court canceled the arrest warrant not on the stock market against the KP cm and set on July 17 for the framing charges against him in the case of audio filtration.
