- Garmin’s golf watches are receiving a great update
- The company is bringing integration with clippd
- Clippd is a data platform that can help golfers improve their game
Garmin has announced a great update for its golf watches that will bring ideas based on clippd data to its specialized golf line.
Garmin not only manufactures some of the best smart watches to run and physical conditioning, but its approximation range includes many of the best golf watches thanks to characteristics such as preloaded courses data, shooting of shooting and more.
Now Garmin has announced the integration with CLIPPD, a data platform that helps golfers to understand and improve their game.
“The agreement will integrate the information in the Garmin course on the Clippd consumer golf technology platform, providing the players with a more complete image of their game,” Garmin said this week.
CLIPPD will obtain data in the course of Garmin’s smart watches that include shooting detection (including the S70 approach, the S44 approach and the S50 approach), with an even greater vision for those used by the CT10 approach sensors.

CLIPPD offers metric golfers to measure golf skills, including the quality of the player, the quality of the shot, the skills that drive their personalized scores and improvement plans.
This movement makes ClippD the first company to use Garmin’s Golf Premium AP, which was launched earlier this year.
So, if you have been in the fence on a Garmin Golf clock, this could be a great reason to take the step and bag. Similarly, if you are a clippd user, the Garmin approach line is now the perfect complement to the platform. Clippd is not cheap, yes. Their monthly costs begin at £ 20/$ 20, with prices north of $ 3,500 for the annual subscriptions of the equipment.
The only bad news, of course, is that you now have less excuse for your string bunker game and all those tee shots in slices.
