George Clooney made a great entrance to the Broadway world.
The actor stars in the legendary journalist Edward R. Murrow in Good night and good luckofficially opening on April 3 at the Winter Garden Theater in New York City.
Clooney’s former co -starred friends were presented to support their debut, as reported by People Magazine.
Anthony Edwards called the “quite spectacular” moment, saying: “He has been wanting to play Edward R. Murrow for so many years, that to fulfill his dream is quite spectacular.”
Meanwhile, Pierce Brosnan, who walked on the red carpet with his wife Keely Shaye Smith, said: “I love man. I love George. Really, I love his movies, love … his style, the way he leads himself. He has that class and is so sure and so handsome.”
“Great philanthropist. Defenders of the helpless,” Smith added.
In addition, comedian Richard Kind kept him brief and sweet, saying: “It is even better than people think.”
