San Francisco: Meta Mark Zuckerberg promoted the generative artificial intelligence assistant (Gen AI) of the Technology firm (Gen AI), telling shareholders that one billion people use each month on their platforms.
Zuckerberg pointed out the milestone again at the Annual Meta shareholders meeting and, as the social networks giant competes with Google, Microsoft, Openai and others to be a leader in the generation of AI generation.
It was not clear how much goal I involved the people looking for the chatbot versus the passive users of Meta AI, since it is integrated into the characteristics of their family of application.
Since Google debuted the descriptions of AI in the search results a year ago, it has grown to more than 1.5 billion users, according to the executive director of Google, Sundar Pichai.
“That means that Google’s search is bringing more people than any other product in the world,” said Pichai.
The general description of the Google AI is automatically provided by summaries of the search results that appear instead of simply showing blue link pages to relevant websites.
Pichai said last week that Google’s dedicated AI application has more than 400 million monthly users.
Technological rivals are rapidly launching new products from AI despite continuous challenges with the prevention of erroneous information and the establishment of clear commercial models, and little sense of how technology will affect society.
Meta announced its first independent AI Assistant application on April 29, giving users a direct route to their Gen AI models.
“Billon one billion people are using AI goal in our applications now, so we made a new goal application to independent for you to check it,” said the CEO and Funda de Meta Zuckerberg in a video published on Instagram at that time.
Zuckerberg said the application “is designed to be your personal AI” and will be accessed mainly through voice conversations with personalized interactions for the individual user.
The use of goal AI is growing faster on WhatsApp, according to financial director Susan Li.
“Our approach to this year is to deepen the experience and make the goal AI is the leading personnel,” Zuckerberg said when Meta announced quarterly profits at the end of April.
