While Tiger Woods continues to cry the loss of his mother, Kultida Woods, the organizers of Invitational Genesis have revealed plans to honor her.
The seventh torque 4 will have a white -free white flag and writing in a wink to Wood’s late mother and faith.
According to a publication in the social networks of the PGA tour, Kultida Woods practiced Buddhism. The white color and No. 7 are maintained at high esteem by Buddhists.

It is believed that white represents lighting, knowledge and purity. Kultida, whose name is often shortened to Taga, was born in Thailand. The flag of his native country presents a couple of white stripes, which is also believed to symbolize the Buddhist faith.

In a publication on social networks earlier this month, Woods described his late mother as “a force of his own nature.”

“With the sincere sadness that I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, died early this morning,” he said. “My mother was a force of our own nature, her spirit was simply undeniable. It was fast with the needle and a laugh.”
The 2025 invitational genesis was launched on Thursday in the Torrey Pines Golf Campo de San Deigo. Woods recently announced that he would not compete in the tournament while continuing to process his mother’s death.

The seventh hole for 4 also represents a significant moment in the historical history of Woods. In 2008, he won the US Open championship in the seventh green. Woods defeated Rocco mediated by breaking a tie in the seventh hole after the competition of 18 holes.
Kultida met Tiger’s father, Earl, while he was in the army in Thailand. Kultida and Earl moved to Brooklyn, New York, after marrying. The couple then moved to Cypress, California, where Tiger was born. Earl Woods died in California in 2006.
According to ESPN, Tiger, whose real name is Eldrick, bears the name of his mother and father. The name Eldrick begins with an E in honor of Earl and ends with a K in honor of Kultida.
