Google has officially presented its new pixel alignment, with Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, as it was debuted in Made By Google 2025.
We have spent time with the four new new models, and for our first thoughts on each one, see our practical review of Google Pixel 10, practical review of Google Pixel 10 Pro/XL and practical review of Google Pixel 10 Pro fold.
However, if you are looking for a whistle tour of the latest hardware and software updates of Google, we have detailed five key things to know about the Google Pixel 10 line below.

Attend
1. New Pixelsnap accessories
Let’s start with pixelsnap: a Magnetic Qi2 wireless load technology incorporated for the entire Pixel 10 line.
Like Apple’s Magsafe technology, Pixelsnap allows you to take wireless loaders, supports, grips and other accessories for your chosen pixel model. Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro Fold can be charged up to 15W using pixelsnap, while Pixel 10 Pro XL obtains a higher 25 W roof.
Google debuted its own set of Pixelsnap accessories together with the Pixel 10 line, including a magnetic charger, a magnetic support and a magnetic ring tool to configure your phone in vertical position, but technology is also compatible with existing Magsafe accessories of Apple brands and third parties such as Belkin.
It is enough to say that this is a big problem for Google and the future of Android phones. Until now, all Android users (except HMD horizon owners) have been forced to buy adhesive magnetic rings and bulky magnetic boxes to magnetize their devices, but Pixelsnap develops a magnetic ring on Pixel devices.
We hope you see that other Android phone manufacturers will launch similar magnetic loading systems soon (looking at you, Samsung).
2. New chamber tricks of AI
Another new feature of the entire Pixel 10 line is Camera Coach, which uses AI to help you take better photos.
This Gemini -based software tool can analyze a scene in the Pixel 10 viewer and offer suggestions on how to improve your shot. For example, the coach’s chamber can tell him what way of shooting, the best way to frame his subject and suggest other useful pointers to make the most of the cameras of his pixel 10.
Alternatively, if you want to improve a photo you have already taken, Pixel 10 presents editing with the photos of Ask, which, as your name suggests, allows you to ask Gemini editions of specific photos. You can request improvements to things like sharpness or ray, or even ask Gemini to add content generated directly to your image.
3. Real zoom for pixel 10
Continuing with cameras, Google has finally added a teleobjective camera dedicated to its flagship of base pixels.
Pixel 10 obtains a 10.8mp telephoto camera with 5x and 20x Digital Zoom Zoom, which is the same teleobjective camera that you will find in the 10 Pro fold pixel.
Fortunately, Google has not abandoned any of the other cameras to leave space for this new lens in Pixel 10, so it will still have wide and ultra ultra shooting options to choose from. However, the company has eliminated the resolution of the last 48MP camera at 12MP.
Of course, for the best pixels that will want to look for the 10 Pro or Pixel 10 Pro That said, we are glad to see Google finally equip its base model with a zoom camera capable this year.
4. Chipset Tensor G5
Each Pixel 10 model is driven by the new G5 Tensioner Chipset, which Google says it is the most significant update to the tensioner platform since its debut five years ago.
Compared to the G4 tensioner, the G5 has a faster CPU and a 60% more powerful TPU, that is, the Google custom tensioning processing unit, which manages automatic learning work loads, so you can expect softer performance, faster ia processing and better battery efficiency of each Pixel 10 phone.
The G5 tensioner is also combined with the new titan M2 safety chip, which offers baked security characteristics as automated calling detection, malware protection and even a built -in VPN.
While we do not expect the G5 tensioner to compete with the A18 Pro chipset of Snapdragon 8 Elite or Apple in terms of unprocessed energy, it must offer a clean and crucial software experience.
5. IP68 classification for pixel 10 pro fold
At first glance, the pixel 10 pro fold looks very similar to its predecessor, and although is Almost of the same size and thickness, it benefits from a true first in the folding category: an IP68 resistance classification.
An IP rating, which compares to income protection, defines how well a device can prevent dust (first number) and water (second number) to enter their chassis. An IP68 classification means that pixel 10 pro plate is resistant to both water and The dust, which is a point of sale that not even the galaxy z fold 7 can boast.
As a reference, Pixel 9 Pro fold sent with an IPX8 rating, which means that it offered the same level of water protection but without dust protection at all.
An IP68 rating means that Pixel 10 Pro Fold is now as safe as the best Android phones, and that is a big problem not only for pixel fans, but also folding fans more generally, as it suggests that future brand folds of other brands could benefit from the same level of protection.
Other durability updates for Google’s new folding include a new hinge without gears, which Google says it will remain strong for more than 10 years.
So, there you have it: five key things that you should know about the Google Pixel 10 line. To obtain a deeper immersion in the four new products, see our practical criticisms mentioned above and keep attentive to our complete reviews of Pixel 10 in the coming weeks.
