- Google’s career dreamers tool is in tests now
- Will translate your skills and experiences into work recommendations.
- You can even use AI to generate your personalized statement of professional identity.
Google is testing a new professional exploration tool that helps users discover their ideal and optimal professional career based on things such as experiences, education, skills and interests.
Describing it as an “experiment”, Grow with the founder of Google, Lisa Gevelber, explained how Career Dreamer can turn some indications of chatbot of AI into totally personalized guidance.
The experiment occurs when Wef’s investigation reveals that the average worker will have 12 different jobs during his life, a number that is expected to increase to 18 (in six types of career) among the workers of generation Z.
Google tries with the AI -based on AI
Gevelber wrote: “The less traditional his professional career is, the more difficult it will be to frame his previous experiences in a cohesive narrative, or understand what careers they align with their particular skills and strengths.”
Career Dreamer is designed to help users identify their own skills and talents to suggest jobs that could be a good option for them.
Particularly exciting is the professional identity statement that will generate the tool: a brief summary of the value that a worker can contribute and the skills that they can share in the BIOS or as part of a curriculum.
Armed with information and a sense of address, users can upload Gemini to obtain help with the writing of important recruitment documents, such as a letter of presentation or a curriculum.
Unlike LinkedIn or, in fact, they have also injected into several parts of their experiences, Google does not directly connect candidates with specific jobs. It is designed to address an earlier stage with which these platforms are occupied, rationalizing professional exploration instead of real applications.
It is an ideal solution for students, new graduates, people looking to change career and people who have been without work for a period of time, including veterans.
The tool is available to try at grow.google/caredreamer.
