ISLAMABAD:
The federal government has approved the promotion of seven Pakistan Police Service (PSP) officers to grade 18, issuing formal notifications through the Establishment Division on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).
The promotions are accompanied by key inter-provincial posts, reflecting an administrative reorganization in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as the government moves to fill senior police posts and streamline command structures. According to the notifications, Abdullah Imran was promoted to grade 18 and transferred from Balochistan to the Punjab government.
