On Friday a ceremony is celebrated in the Pakistan monument of Islamabad to celebrate the significant achievements of the Bunyanum Marsoos and Marka-E-Haq operation. The event aims to offer thanks to the Almighty Allah and honor the success of the brave armed forces of Pakistan.
Today, Yom-E-Tashakur (day of gratitude) is being observed throughout the country to commemorate Marka-E-Haq’s historical victory and pay tribute to the brave armed forces and the people of Pakistan.
The ceremony began with a Koranic recitation and attend Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the president of the Joint Committee of Chiefs of Staff, Heads of Service, members of the Federal Cabinet, foreign diplomats, Vice Prime Minister and other government officials.
An aerial exhibition of Fighter Jets was also part of the event, showing its capabilities. The performance was received with enthusiastic songs from “Long Live Pakistan” from those present.
Earlier on the day, Prime Minister Shehbaz visited the combined military hospital (CMH) in Rawalpindi to ask about the health of wounded soldiers and civilians during Marka-e-Haq.
