The strip and loosening between the recently transferred or appointed judges in the superior court of the capital and their former guards continue as a division bank, directed by Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, orders of a case before a bank that listened to it before. However, after this order, the Office of the Registry of the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) issued a new list of causes on the instruction of the President of the Interine Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar, without any case in the next presentation before the Justice Kayani directed by the division. A bank of the division comprised of Judge Kayani, also the judge of Puisne of IHC, and Judge Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan were listening to an appeal against the order of a court of responsibility in a case related to the undue appropriation of the Earth in the Islamabad E-11 sector. At the last hearing of the case, on April 28, the matter was postponed until May 22 due to the lack of availability of the bank. However, the IHC registrar also issued a new tax list on April 28 on the instruction of the President of the Interim Supreme Court, according to which the case was included for the hearing before a new bank, comprised of Judge Kayani and Judge Saman Rafat Imtiaz. This new bank listened to the case on Friday. According to a written order issued after the hearing, it was told to the bank that the matter had already been heard partly by a bank composed of Judge Kayani and Judge Khan. The bank, therefore, ordered the relationship with the case before the original bank. After the order, a new list of judges services has been published. In the new list, the division bank headed by Judge Kayani has dissolved and is no longer included in the next week. A day before, during the hearing of a contempt case, Judge Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan had noticed that he could not pretend that there was no conflict between the brothers judges in the superior court of the capital.
"There is a conflict between the judges. Why should I pretend otherwise? The gloves are turned off" said. The Ministry of Law of February 1 issued a notification for the transfer of Judge Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar, Judge Khadim Hussain Soomro and Judge Muhammad Asif, respectively of the Superior Court of Lahore, the Superior Court of Sindh and the Superior Court of Baluchistan, Al IHC.
