Hailey Bieber’s sister goes to jail

Hailey Bieber’s sister Alaia Baldwin Aronow arrested

Hailey Bieber’s sister Alaia Baldwin Aronow faces the possibility of prison after prosecutors formally filed misdemeanor charges related to her 2024 arrest in Georgia.

Court documents filed Jan. 26 show that Georgia prosecutors have charged Aronow with four misdemeanors: simple assault, simple assault, assault and criminal trespass.

The charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place on February 24, 2024 at Club Elan, where prosecutors say Aronow caused physical harm to several people and refused to leave the premises when asked.

According to the file, Aronow is accused of intentionally hitting a person identified as Jacinto Hills “in the [private area].”

Prosecutors further allege that she launched a [inappropriate object] at another individual, an act that they classified as simple assault.

The documents also state that Aronow allegedly pulled hair from the scalp of a person named Ian O’Neill during the confrontation.

The incident reportedly unfolded inside Club Elan, where staff members said Aronow refused to leave the premises despite being ordered to do so.

While the case saw little movement for more than a year, an arraignment is now scheduled for April 23. Records suggest Aronow may have previously entered a pretrial diversion program, although the newly filed charges have moved the case forward.

Aronow, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin, was arrested the night of the incident.

According to a police report, the bar owner contacted police after reporting that a woman was attacking staff and did not want to leave. When officers arrived, employees identified Aronow as the person involved.

Staff members told police the situation escalated after Aronow was told he couldn’t use an employee-only bathroom.

According to the bartender’s account, Aronow said he needed time “to change it.”[personal object]” and was allowed to stay briefly. When the waiter later returned, he claimed that Aronow “took her out [personal object] and he threw it at him.”

Security footage was cited in the police report, which said: “Aronow can be seen fighting and resisting all the way outside. The video clearly shows Ms. Aronow grabbing and pulling Mr. O’Neill’s hair and punching Mr. Hills.”

The report adds: “That’s when security intervened and removed the woman from the club.”

Aronow reportedly told police she was acting in self-defense and claimed she was “forcibly removed from the club.”

According to the report, she initially denied throwing anything, but later admitted she did.

When asked about pulling the hair and punching one of the alleged victims, officers wrote that she “attempted to justify her action by claiming that she was defending herself.”

With charges now officially filed, Aronow could face penalties including possible jail time if convicted. The case will continue later this year as she prepares to appear in court for her arraignment.
