The rapid player Haris Rauf has been discarded from the rest of the 2025 major leagues Cricket season (MLC) after suffering an injury in grade 1 sticks during the recent San Francisco Unicorns game against the Texas Super Kings.
The franchise confirmed its lack of availability through social networks and announced a replacement for the rest of the tournament.
“We are with you, Haris. The San Francisco Unicorns can confirm that Haris Rauf will miss the rest of MLC2025 with an injury to the hamstrings, with the New Zealand rhythm bowling player Ben Lister to replace it, with immediate effect,” the franchise team tweeted.
Rauf, who currently heads the WICKET MLC 2025 graphics with 17 scalp in eight games at an economic rate of 9.08, was a key performance for unicorns.
Meanwhile, the pacemaker is also expected to lose the next T20I series against the Bengal Tigers at the end of this month.
Pakistan’s Cricket Board (PCB) has not yet issued a statement on the status of the 31 -year -old or the expected duration of his rehabilitation.
It is pertinent to mention that the national team is scheduled to arrive at Bangladesh on July 16, with the three-game series from July 20 at the Shere-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
The second and third T20IS will be played on July 22 and 24, respectively.
After the Bangladesh tour, the Men In Green are scheduled to travel to the Western Indies in August for a series of white balls that comprise three hate and three T20I.
