Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s old residence, Frogmore Cottage, has been empty since the couple moved in 2020.
But now the Royal is correctly asking questions about how the Royal Family is stating its finances, a new report revealed.
Property expert Robin Edwards said People’s channel that the unused home has become a symbol of this ongoing debate.
He said that Charles is sending the incorrect message by keeping the vacancy.
Edwards said: “Frogmore Cottage has become a symbol in the ongoing conversation about the finance of the royal family and if they offer good value for the taxpayer.”
“Since the Sussexes had unemployed the property several years ago and now it is empty, it raises uncomfortable questions, particularly at a time when the monarchy is trying to show that it is moving with the times and reducing other costs, such as recently announcing the dismantling of the real train.”
He added: “From the perspective of the property, leaving a high -profile house as a FrogMore Cottage unemployed sends the incorrect message. However, it is not just optics; it is also about practicality.
“An empty property deteriorates faster, and in the case of Frogmore Cottage, which underwent a expensive renewal not long ago, the fact that it is not living or the reused risks seem innovative.”
