
Heather Graham is sharing how he feels in his 50 years and his focus to feel fabulous.
“I feel that as I aged, I only care about the things that don’t matter,” said Graham, 55. People. “Everyone gets angry sometimes, but I think I’m happier. I have done enough hard work for myself so I feel that I am a happier person now.”
“I simply enjoy the simple things of life, such as sleeping, eating, my friends, things like that. I love to meditate.”
“I like to go out to nature, go to the beach, look at the ocean, go to a walk, go to the mountains, look at the trees,” shared the scrub actress.
Regarding his favorite method to stay fit, he said: “I like to go to yoga retreats because, to be honest, I love being in the ocean. So, every time I am in the ocean, I feel happier.”
When he turned 50 in 2020, the actress told the publication of how cultural assumptions about aging women fight.
“I love yoga, half,” he said at that time. “I make claims every day because, like everyone else, I’m afraid to age.”
“Culture will try to tell you: ‘Now is the time to feel bad about yourself.’ I say: ‘Now is the time to feel even better,” Heather Graham added.
