Henry Winkler is euphoric after finding out his friend Ron Howard ensuring an Emmy nomination.
In a talk with PEOPLE Magazine at the 27th Ceremony of the Hall of Fame of the Television Academy in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 16, the 79 -year -old American actor and film producer opened about his sincere reaction after he knew that Howard had been nominated for an EMMY award for the first time due to his acting prowets in The study.
Winkler, who shared the screen with the 71 -year -old filmmaker and actor in Happy days, I revealed: “I called him immediately. I was so excited. It’s unlimited.”
The Emmy winner during the star continued observing that Howard spoke with him before filming his scenes for the satirical comedy of Apple TV+in Hollywood.
“He loved it. He told me: ‘I’m doing it and I’m leaning,” Winkler recalled.
Advancing, the journalist asked what he will do if he is asked to do a cameo in The study, To which Barry’s star replied: “He would do it immediately” and called the series “A great show.”
It is pertinent to mention that Winkler and Howard’s friendship has more than 5 decades.
