Nintendo has shared a solution for the problem of the battery load indicator of the common switch 2.
The Switch 2 was officially launched earlier this month, and if you are one of the users who have been experiencing a problem in which your console incorrectly shows its battery percentage, fortunately, there is now a solution.
On the support page, Nintendo has provided simple step -by -step instructions “for when the amount of battery is shown and the real use of the remaining battery does not match.”

- Confirm that you are using an adapter of CA properly powerful to load your console. The Nintendo Switch CA adapter (Model HAR-002) can be used to load the Nintendo 2 switch when connected directly to the console. Due to power output differences, it cannot be used to load the Nintendo Switch 2 when attached.
- Confirm that your console has the latest system update.
- Turn off the console.
- Keep the volume (+) and down volume (-) volume, press the ignition button once to turn on the system.
- The volume buttons continues to hold until the menu appears for the recovery mode. Navigation to this menu must restore the battery level meter.
- Turn off the console by pressing and holding the ignition button until it turns off.
- Turn on the console and monitor the situation.
Nintendo said that navigating to the recovery mode menu should be sufficient to restore the battery level meter, but if following these steps it still did not solve the problem of the battery charge indicator, then the console must be sent for a service repair.
