A high school soccer coach in Alabama was arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Robert Carter, the Clarke County High School coach, was arrested in Niceville, Florida, after a traffic stop, according to Fox10. Supposedly fled from Alabama during an investigation.
Carter, 55, was arrested for 11 counts and is being held in the Okaloosa County prison with a bail of $ 122,000.
The positions include four positions of a school employee who participates in a sexual act with a student, four positions to distribute or request obscene material from a student and three positions to request a sexual act with a student.

Before his arrest, the Clarke County School placed him on administrative license.
“As leader of Clarke County schools, I hope professionalism and integrity of my faculty and personal,” said Clarke County Schools, Ashlie Flowers, in a statement.

Carter became the school coach in 2023, with 15-10 in his two seasons. He was previously the chief coach of Beauregard High School, where he won a state title in 2016, and trained in Sylacauga in 2021 and 2022.
