How much time does AI really save your workers? Apparently only 16 minutes a week, since “the time saved generating content is absorbed by the time needed to rely on it.”

  • Workers and executives only see 14-16 minutes of net time savings from AI, report says
  • Most of the time saved is spent verifying facts and validating results.
  • Most executives say they plan to retrain and upskill workers.

Most executives (89%) and workers (79%) now agree that while AI is improving productivity, exactly how much time they are saving is up for debate.

New research from Foxit suggests that real-time gains could be minimal compared to the potential, simply because of the amount of time workers have to spend trusting and understanding AI tools.
